The hospitality of Kyrgyzstan is legendary. At any time of the year and day, the Kyrgyz are happy to welcome, feed and take care of tourists as long-awaited guests. Therefore, in the Asian country there are no weekends and “off season” for vacationers. But if travelers themselves have special wishes and plans for a trip to Kyrgyzstan, it is worth thinking in advance about what season they will be able to carry out.
Spring in Kyrgyzstan
Kyrgyzstan has a typical Central Asian spring with prolonged heavy rains and low temperatures. So if you are an ardent opponent of thunderstorms and lightning, the trip should be postponed. But if you like melancholy mood and nice coolness, then the three spring months are perfect to travel across the Asian country.
In spring, everything in Kyrgyzstan comes alive and blooms, and the frequent rains make the green trees look even brighter. In sunny weather, tourists can walk around the city, and as soon as it starts to rain again, you can always run into the museum. The obligatory equipment is rubber boots, an umbrella and a raincoat.
Summer in Kyrgyzstan
Unlike other Central Asian countries, Kyrgyzstan enjoys a warm, but not unbearably hot summer. This means that you can walk the streets of Kyrgyzstan in the morning and evening, and even in the afternoon.
In the first month of summer music festivals begin, so you can have a fascinating trip on a theme. In the mountains in the summer is even cool, you can see the main natural attractions. But be sure to bring sunglasses and cream on the trip.
Autumn in Kyrgyzstan
It almost never rains in Kyrgyzstan in the fall, and the first half of the season is very pleasant with sunny and warm days. Therefore, if you want to enjoy the velvet season, you should go to Kyrgyzstan in September. When you go to Asia in autumn, it is worth taking a camera – there are a lot of golden leaves, and therefore the photos will be atmospheric.
Winter in Kyrgyzstan
In winter, tourists in Kyrgyzstan can enjoy a classic vacation – skiing in the snow-covered mountains. If such activities are not to your liking, it is not a problem. In winter, hotels in Kyrgyzstan have discounts: you can rent a room at a good discount or take a steam bath. In any case, do not forget the warm mittens and a hat – it will come in handy!
