When do we go to Kazakhstan?

Kazakhstan is a country that is beautiful in any season and in any weather. You should choose the time of your trip based on what you would like to do on your vacation. Going to an Asian country:

  • In the spring? Get ready to see meadows in bloom and snow-capped peaks. This is a great time for canyon hikes and leisurely strolls around the city. The cold weather is left behind, and there is still time before the famous Kazakh heat wave – you cannot think of a better time to see the sights!
  • in summer? If you have not been to Kazakhstan in June, July or August, you probably know nothing about the hot weather! But avid travelers are sure – there is a special charm to this season. Firstly, the small number of tourists, which means less queues and more opportunity to grab the best table in a cafe and book a lovely hotel room. Secondly, in the north of the country is still quite temperate climate. So you can safely walk through the national parks or enjoy water procedures. And thirdly, the hot Kazakhstan is a classic, which at least once in a lifetime should meet every vacationer!
  • In autumn? In September in the country is still very warm, but the trees are already beginning to turn golden. This means that it is time for good photo shoots! The autumn landscapes of Kazakhstan can’t leave you indifferent, and the pleasant weather disposes to long walks. Markets are filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, so you won’t be able to leave without your harvest!
  • What about winter? Skiing, snowboarding and skating: Kazakhstan is a great place for skiing holidays. If you don’t like active sports, you can go to museums or visit a sauna.

The capital is the capital, so you won’t be bored on arrival. Admire the largest mosque in Central Asia with high minarets – Khazret Sultan. Visit the biggest tent in the world and at the same time the most interesting shopping center – Khan Shatyr. Spend time on a romantic boat trip on the Ishim River. And if time permits, visit an interactive culinary master class, or at least just have a run through all the cafes of the city.

National Parks

It’s so easy to blend in with nature in Kazakhstan! That’s because there are 13 national parks in the country. The great thing is that the parks are scattered throughout the country, so you can get to them from anywhere. Mountains, valleys, forests, lakes, rivers – magnificent landscapes are guaranteed.


Despite the fact that the city has the status of the “former capital”, it knows how to amaze even in the present. Colorful bazaars, museums, shopping centers, city parks – here you can see everything at once. You won’t be disappointed!
