Booking Terms & Conditions

Minzifa Travel
Effective Date: August 2026
Last Updated: August 2026

These Booking Conditions govern bookings made with Minzifa Travel and form part of the agreement between Minzifa Travel and the person making the booking.

Please read them carefully before confirming your booking or making any payment.

By paying a deposit or other amount specified in your invoice or Booking Confirmation, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Booking Conditions.

Minzifa Travel is the trading name of FE "Unique Travel", a travel company based in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  • Travel Agency License: T-0087
  • Website: minzifatravel.com
  • Email: travel@minzifatravel.com
  • Phone: +998 93 659 11 07
  • Address: 53 Eshoni-Pir Street, Bukhara, Uzbekistan

Minzifa Travel organizes private, small-group and multi-country journeys across Central Asia and selected international destinations.

Our destinations may include:

  • Uzbekistan
  • Kazakhstan
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Tajikistan
  • Turkmenistan
  • Morocco
  • Jordan
  • Türkiye
  • China
  • Other destinations offered by Minzifa Travel from time to time

These Booking Conditions apply to tours and travel arrangements booked directly with Minzifa Travel unless different conditions are expressly stated in your quotation, invoice or Booking Confirmation.

Your booking may include services provided by independent third parties, including:

  • Hotels
  • Local travel partners
  • Guides
  • Transportation companies
  • Airlines
  • Railway operators
  • Visa and permit providers
  • Other travel suppliers

Some services may be subject to additional supplier-specific conditions.

A request submitted through our website, email, telephone, messaging service or another communication channel does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking becomes confirmed when:

  1. Minzifa Travel has accepted your booking request;
  2. The required deposit or payment has been received; and
  3. Minzifa Travel has issued written confirmation, an invoice, Booking Confirmation or equivalent confirmation.

Payment of the required deposit confirms your acceptance of these Booking Conditions.

The person making a booking on behalf of multiple travelers is responsible for ensuring that all travelers included in the booking are aware of and accept the applicable Booking Conditions.

Certain tours may require special payment, cancellation or supplier conditions.

Where your:

  • Quotation
  • Invoice
  • Booking Confirmation
  • Other written booking-specific document

expressly contains special conditions, those conditions will apply to the relevant booking and will take precedence over the corresponding general provision of these Booking Conditions.

Any material special conditions should be communicated before the relevant payment is made.

The price confirmed by Minzifa Travel for your booking is fixed once the booking has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received, unless:

  • You request additional services;
  • You request changes to the booking;
  • The number of travelers changes; or
  • Another price-changing circumstance is expressly agreed with you.

Minzifa Travel will not increase the confirmed price solely because of subsequent exchange-rate movements or ordinary supplier price increases.

Optional services and additional services not included in the confirmed itinerary are charged separately.

A deposit of at least 30% of the total tour price is normally required to confirm a booking.

For complex, customized or supplier-intensive travel arrangements, Minzifa Travel may require a deposit of 50% or more.

The applicable deposit will be clearly stated in your quotation, invoice or Booking Confirmation before payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the deposit is non-refundable after Booking Confirmation.

The deposit allows Minzifa Travel to begin confirming and paying for services such as:

  • Accommodation
  • Transportation
  • Guides
  • Permits
  • Tickets
  • Local partners
  • Other travel arrangements

The amount and deadline for final payment will be specified in your invoice or Booking Confirmation.

For bookings made fewer than 30 days before departure, Minzifa Travel may require 100% payment at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment by the stated deadline may be treated as cancellation by the traveler.

Any resulting cancellation charges and non-refundable supplier costs may apply.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the traveler is responsible for:

  • Bank transfer fees
  • Card or payment-provider charges where applicable
  • Intermediary bank fees
  • Currency conversion charges
  • Exchange-rate differences arising from the traveler's bank or payment provider

Minzifa Travel is entitled to the full amount specified in the applicable invoice.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Minzifa Travel in writing.

The effective cancellation date is the date on which Minzifa Travel receives the written cancellation request.

Unless special cancellation conditions apply to your booking, the following standard cancellation charges apply:

Cancellation Before Tour Start Cancellation Charge
More than 40 days 30% of total tour price
39–20 days 40% of total tour price
19–14 days 70% of total tour price
Less than 14 days 100% of total tour price

The minimum non-refundable amount after confirmation is normally the deposit.

Some travel services become partially or fully non-refundable once booked or confirmed.

These may include:

  • Airline tickets
  • Railway tickets
  • Hotels
  • Special accommodation
  • Permits
  • Visa-related services
  • Local transportation
  • Guides
  • Events
  • Destination management services
  • Other prepaid supplier services

If actual, non-recoverable third-party costs exceed the standard cancellation charge applicable under Section 9, Minzifa Travel may retain the higher of:

A. The applicable standard cancellation charge; or

B. The actual non-recoverable supplier costs incurred for the booking.

The standard cancellation percentage and supplier costs will not automatically be added together where doing so would duplicate the same loss.

This principle is intended to ensure that cancellation charges reflect the greater of the contractual cancellation charge or actual unavoidable supplier commitments rather than imposing duplicate charges for the same cost.

Certain destinations, tours or supplier arrangements may require stricter cancellation conditions.

This may apply particularly to:

  • Complex multi-country itineraries
  • Special accommodation
  • Charter or transport arrangements
  • Non-refundable flights
  • Limited-availability departures
  • Permits
  • Special events
  • Customized private journeys
  • Destinations where suppliers require significant advance payments

Where special cancellation conditions apply, they will be communicated through the quotation, invoice or Booking Confirmation before the relevant payment is made.

Those booking-specific conditions will take precedence over the standard cancellation scale in Section 9.

Different cancellation conditions may apply to one-day and two-day tours, excursions and other short services.

Unless different conditions are provided in writing:

Cancellation Charge
More than 5 days before start 30%
3–2 days before start 40%
1 day before start 70%
Less than 5 hours before start 100%

Any applicable non-refundable supplier costs may also be considered according to Section 10.

Once a booking has been confirmed, travel dates cannot normally be changed without consequences because Minzifa Travel may already have made commitments to suppliers.

A request to change:

  • Travel dates
  • Itinerary
  • Accommodation
  • Transportation
  • Traveler details
  • Services
  • Another confirmed booking element

will therefore be treated as a change request, not as an automatic right to modify the booking.

Minzifa Travel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a requested change but cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.

Approved changes may be subject to:

  • An administrative/change fee
  • Supplier amendment fees
  • Cancellation charges
  • Fare differences
  • Additional accommodation costs
  • Additional transportation costs
  • Other actual costs resulting from the requested change

Where changing the travel date requires cancellation and rebooking of substantial parts of the journey, the cancellation provisions of these Booking Conditions may apply.

Requests to replace a traveler or change passenger information are subject to supplier rules.

Airlines, hotels, railway companies, visa providers and other suppliers may prohibit name changes or impose fees.

Minzifa Travel will advise whether a requested change is possible and what additional costs apply.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular tour, the minimum group size for a guaranteed Minzifa Travel departure is two paying travelers.

Once at least two paying travelers are confirmed, the departure may be designated as guaranteed, subject to these Booking Conditions and circumstances outside Minzifa Travel's reasonable control.

If the required minimum number of travelers has not been reached, Minzifa Travel may offer affected travelers alternatives such as:

  • Transferring the booking to another departure date
  • Converting the booking into a private tour for an additional charge
  • Another suitable alternative agreed with the traveler

Any alternative will be communicated to the traveler before implementation.

Travel arrangements may occasionally need to change because of operational circumstances.

Minzifa Travel may make reasonable minor changes to an itinerary where necessary.

Examples may include:

  • Replacing a hotel with one of a similar standard
  • Changing a guide
  • Modifying the order of sightseeing
  • Changing transportation
  • Adjusting departure times
  • Changing restaurants
  • Modifying a route because of road, border, weather or operational conditions

Minor changes that do not materially alter the overall nature of the trip do not normally entitle the traveler to a refund.

If Minzifa Travel needs to make a significant change before departure, we will inform affected travelers as soon as reasonably possible and, depending on the circumstances, may offer:

  • Acceptance of the revised itinerary
  • An alternative travel arrangement
  • Transfer to another departure
  • Travel credit
  • An appropriate refund where applicable

If Minzifa Travel cancels a confirmed tour for an operational reason within Minzifa Travel's reasonable control, affected travelers will normally be offered a choice between:

  • Transferring to another suitable departure
  • Receiving travel credit
  • Receiving a refund of payments made to Minzifa Travel for the cancelled services

The previous fixed USD 250 per person administrative cancellation charge does not apply when Minzifa Travel cancels a tour for reasons within its reasonable control.

Minzifa Travel is not responsible for independent expenses that a traveler has booked separately, such as international flights, visas or other arrangements not purchased from Minzifa Travel, except where required by applicable law.

Minzifa Travel may be unable to provide or continue travel services because of events outside its reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Natural disasters
  • Earthquakes
  • Floods
  • Extreme weather
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • War
  • Terrorism
  • Civil unrest
  • Political instability
  • Border closures
  • Airspace closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Sanctions
  • Strikes
  • Major transportation disruption
  • Sudden visa or permit restrictions
  • Government actions
  • Other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances

Where a tour cannot reasonably proceed because of such circumstances, Minzifa Travel will seek to recover payments from relevant suppliers where reasonably possible.

Any refund will generally be calculated as:

Payments received by Minzifa Travel − genuinely non-recoverable third-party costs = refundable amount

Minzifa Travel may also offer:

  • Postponement
  • Rebooking
  • An alternative itinerary
  • Travel credit

where appropriate and agreed with the traveler.

Minzifa Travel does not impose a fixed USD 250 administrative fee solely because a Force Majeure event has occurred.

Tickets issued by airlines, railway companies or other transport providers may be subject to their own:

  • Cancellation rules
  • Amendment rules
  • Baggage rules
  • Refund policies
  • Fare conditions

Where Minzifa Travel purchases such tickets on your behalf, the relevant supplier conditions apply in addition to these Booking Conditions.

Non-refundable tickets remain non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Accommodation is provided according to the confirmed itinerary or Booking Confirmation.

Travelers requesting single occupancy may be required to pay a single supplement.

Where a traveler agrees to shared accommodation but Minzifa Travel is unable to match that traveler with a suitable roommate, a single supplement may become payable where this condition was communicated as part of the booking arrangement.

Hotel classifications and standards vary between countries and should be interpreted according to local standards.

21. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements

Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they hold:

  • A valid passport
  • Required visas
  • Required entry permits
  • Required transit documents
  • Any other documentation necessary for the journey

Minzifa Travel may assist with visa or permit arrangements where such assistance forms part of the agreed service.

However, visa and immigration decisions are made by governments and relevant authorities.

Minzifa Travel cannot guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Entry into a country
  • Border admission
  • Timing of governmental decisions

Travel requirements can change without notice.

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate passport and personal information within the required deadlines.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all Minzifa Travel customers.

Where appropriate, travelers should consider coverage for:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Trip interruption
  • Emergency medical treatment
  • Medical evacuation
  • Repatriation
  • Baggage loss or delay
  • Flight disruption
  • Personal liability
  • Activities included in the itinerary

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular tour, travel insurance is recommended rather than mandatory.

Minzifa Travel is not responsible for losses that could reasonably have been covered by suitable travel insurance, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Travelers are responsible for considering whether a tour is suitable for their physical condition and personal circumstances.

Some Minzifa Travel itineraries may involve:

  • Extensive walking
  • Stairs
  • Long road journeys
  • High altitude
  • Desert conditions
  • Hot or cold climates
  • Remote areas
  • Limited medical facilities

Travelers should inform Minzifa Travel before booking of any requirements that may materially affect their ability to participate in the itinerary or require specific arrangements.

Minzifa Travel will make reasonable efforts to explain the physical requirements of a tour but cannot provide medical advice.

Minzifa Travel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests.

These may include:

  • Dietary preferences
  • Room preferences
  • Accessibility requests
  • Specific accommodation requests
  • Early check-in
  • Late check-out
  • Other personal preferences

A request is not guaranteed merely because Minzifa Travel has received it.

A special request should only be considered guaranteed where Minzifa Travel has expressly confirmed it in writing.

Travelers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Provide required documents on time
  • Make payments by the required deadlines
  • Comply with local laws
  • Follow reasonable safety instructions
  • Respect local customs and communities
  • Behave appropriately toward guides, drivers, staff, suppliers and other travelers
  • Arrive at agreed meeting points on time

Minzifa Travel reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to take reasonable action where a traveler's conduct creates a serious safety risk, substantially disrupts the tour or seriously affects other travelers or service providers.

No refund will normally be provided for travel services missed or unused because of the traveler's actions or decisions.

This includes:

  • No-show
  • Late arrival
  • Missed transfers
  • Missed excursions
  • Missed accommodation
  • Missed transportation
  • Voluntarily leaving a tour early
  • Choosing not to participate in an included activity
  • Other unused confirmed services

If additional arrangements are required because of late arrival or missed services, the traveler may be responsible for the resulting additional costs.

Minzifa Travel works with independent travel suppliers to provide components of your journey.

These may include:

  • Hotels
  • Guides
  • Local operators
  • Transportation companies
  • Airlines
  • Railway companies
  • Restaurants
  • Activity providers
  • Visa and permit providers

Such suppliers may be subject to their own operating rules and legal obligations.

Minzifa Travel will exercise reasonable care in selecting and coordinating suppliers but cannot control every action or event involving an independent third party.

Nothing in these Booking Conditions excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a problem occurs during your journey, please inform your Minzifa Travel representative, tour leader, guide or emergency contact as soon as reasonably possible.

This gives Minzifa Travel an opportunity to investigate the issue and, where possible, provide a solution during the trip.

Travelers should not wait until the end of the journey to report a problem that could reasonably have been addressed while the trip was taking place.

If a problem remains unresolved, the traveler should submit a written complaint to Minzifa Travel with:

  • Booking details
  • Description of the problem
  • Relevant dates
  • Supporting information where available
  • Requested resolution

Minzifa Travel will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.

Where Minzifa Travel approves a monetary refund under these Booking Conditions, Minzifa Travel will normally process the approved refund within 14 business days.

The time required for the funds to appear in the traveler's account may depend on:

  • Banks
  • Card issuers
  • Payment processors
  • International payment systems

Unless Minzifa Travel is legally required to bear such costs, the traveler is responsible for:

  • Bank charges
  • Payment-provider fees
  • Intermediary bank fees
  • Currency conversion costs
  • Exchange-rate losses associated with the refund

A refund will normally be made using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minzifa Travel's responsibility will be determined according to the services it has agreed to provide and the circumstances of the particular booking.

Minzifa Travel will not be responsible for loss caused solely by:

  • The traveler's own actions
  • An unrelated third party
  • Force Majeure
  • Circumstances that could not reasonably have been predicted or avoided
  • Independent services booked directly by the traveler

Nothing in these Booking Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Personal information provided in connection with a booking may be processed by Minzifa Travel and relevant service providers for purposes including:

  • Booking administration
  • Accommodation
  • Transportation
  • Visas and permits
  • Payments
  • Customer service
  • Travel operations

For further information, please review the Minzifa Travel Privacy Policy.

These Booking Conditions and bookings made directly with Minzifa Travel are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the traveler provide otherwise.

The parties should first make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute directly and in good faith.

Any unresolved dispute will be handled according to applicable law and the jurisdiction provisions legally applicable to the relevant booking.

Minzifa Travel may update these Booking Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to a confirmed booking will normally be the version accepted at the time the booking was confirmed, together with any booking-specific terms agreed in writing.

Material changes will not normally be applied retroactively to an existing confirmed booking unless:

  • Required by law
  • Agreed with the traveler
  • Necessary because of circumstances outside Minzifa Travel's reasonable control
