Before booking and departure, check your government’s current travel advice for all five countries and any transit destinations. Follow local laws and your guides’ instructions. This journey includes long road transfers, border crossings and remote areas, so please consider these when deciding whether the tour is right for you.
The tour price typically includes accommodation, meals as specified in the itinerary, ground transportation, guided tours, and entrance fees to attractions. International airfare and visa fees are usually not included unless explicitly stated.
Many nationalities can obtain an e-visa online or enter visa-free for up to 30 days. Please check the latest visa requirements for your specific nationality on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
Visa and entry requirements depend on your nationality, passport, travel dates and route. This itinerary includes land-border crossings and two entries into Uzbekistan, so any required visas must cover the correct border points and number of entries. We will explain the supporting documents needed for your booking. Visa issuance and admission are decided by the authorities and cannot be guaranteed. Requirements must be checked again before travel.
Cancellation charges and refund rights depend on the terms agreed for your booking and when we receive your written cancellation. We provide the applicable terms before payment. Eligible new direct group bookings with an original departure date in 2028 may be confirmed under 5 Stans Flex 2028. Where expressly included in your booking confirmation, these special terms take precedence over the corresponding general Booking Conditions. They do not automatically apply to other departure years, private tours, intermediary bookings or existing contracts. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before the departure date for a full refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend arranging your own comprehensive policy, including medical treatment, emergency evacuation and trip cancellation cover. Check that it covers all five countries and your planned activities. Minzifa Travel does not purchase insurance on your behalf. Flex booking benefits are separate from travel insurance.
This is a scheduled group departure with a shared itinerary. Changes to the duration, destinations or daily programme cannot be assumed. If you would like a different route or pace, please ask about a separately quoted private tour. Any requested additional services must be agreed and confirmed before booking.

The payment methods available for your booking, the currency, payment schedule and any applicable charges will be confirmed in your quotation, invoice or payment instructions before you pay. Please follow the instructions issued for your booking.
Please contact us before booking to check whether this journey is suitable for your family. Children’s participation, room arrangements and pricing require individual confirmation. There is no automatic child discount. Consider the travel distances, border crossings, sightseeing schedule and remote overnight stays when planning a family trip
Bring the passport you will travel on, any required visas or entry approvals, your booking confirmation and relevant travel tickets. Check passport-validity and blank-page requirements for every country and transit point. Carry your insurance details if insured, and check destination rules for any medicines you take, including required prescriptions or permits. We will provide booking-specific document instructions before departure.
Absolutely! Many of our tours are family-friendly. We offer special family packages with child-friendly activities, comfortable accommodations, and flexible schedules. Children under 5 receive a 50% discount on land arrangements.
The journey combines road transfers, a train journey and flights. Road vehicles are selected for the group size and route. Border crossings may involve changing vehicles and walking with your luggage. Please check your confirmed itinerary for the transport arrangements and included tickets.
The best time to visit is during spring (April-May) and autumn (September-October) when the weather is pleasant and temperatures are mild. Summer can be very hot (40°C+), while winter is cold but offers unique winter experiences.
Conditions vary across the five countries and along the route. Spring and autumn can be comfortable for Uzbekistan’s historic cities, while mountain conditions need separate consideration. Summer can be hot in the lowlands. Choose from the scheduled departures and ask us about the expected conditions along the full route for your preferred dates.
The programme combines standard hotels, boutique properties and yurt-style accommodation. Facilities and room standards vary, particularly in remote areas. The listed properties are subject to availability; your confirmed accommodation and room arrangements will be provided before departure.
Please ask about your preferred room type before booking. We will check availability within the group programme and confirm any additional cost. An upgrade is only included once confirmed in writing; it should not be assumed to be available at check-in.
