What is included in the tour price?

The tour price typically includes accommodation, meals as specified in the itinerary, ground transportation, guided tours, and entrance fees to attractions. International airfare and visa fees are usually not included unless explicitly stated.

Is it safe to travel in Central Asia?

Before booking and departure, check your government’s current travel advice for all five countries and any transit destinations. Follow local laws and your guides’ instructions. This journey includes long road transfers, border crossings and remote areas, so please consider these when deciding whether the tour is right for you.

Do I need a visa to visit Uzbekistan?

Many nationalities can obtain an e-visa online or enter visa-free for up to 30 days. Please check the latest visa requirements for your specific nationality on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

For new bookings of tours lasting three days or more under TERMS 2027 V1.0, unless special product terms were disclosed and agreed in writing before payment, your voluntary cancellation is subject to these scheduled charges: 30 or more calendar days before the tour starts — 30%; 15–29 days — 50%; 7–14 days — 70%; 6 days or less, including no-show — 100%. These percentages are charges, not refunds, and apply to the agreed price of the cancelled traveller’s package, including package supplements. The actual deduction is the lower of the payment received and the scheduled charge; it includes the deposit, and no shortfall is payable. Supplier costs are not automatically added on top. The remaining payment is refunded. Send written cancellation notice to booking@minzifatravel.com or the agreed channel in your confirmation. Receipt time applies; calendar dates use Asia/Tashkent (UTC+5), with the tour start date as day 0. Separately booked one- or two-day tours and expressly agreed 5 Stans Flex 2028 bookings have separate terms. Existing bookings retain the terms accepted when booked. Is travel insurance included?

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend arranging your own comprehensive policy, including medical treatment, emergency evacuation and trip cancellation cover. Check that it covers all five countries and your planned activities. Minzifa Travel does not purchase insurance on your behalf. Flex booking benefits are separate from travel insurance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

The payment methods available for your booking, the currency, payment schedule and any applicable charges will be confirmed in your quotation, invoice or payment instructions before you pay. Please follow the instructions issued for your booking.

Absolutely! Many of our tours are family-friendly. We offer special family packages with child-friendly activities, comfortable accommodations, and flexible schedules. Children under 5 receive a 50% discount on land arrangements.

What documents do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring the passport you will travel on, any required visas or entry approvals, your booking confirmation and relevant travel tickets. Check passport-validity and blank-page requirements for every country and transit point. Carry your insurance details if insured, and check destination rules for any medicines you take, including required prescriptions or permits. We will provide booking-specific document instructions before departure.

What type of transport is used during the tour?

The journey combines road transfers, a train journey and flights. Road vehicles are selected for the group size and route. Border crossings may involve changing vehicles and walking with your luggage. Please check your confirmed itinerary for the transport arrangements and included tickets.

What is the best time to visit Uzbekistan?

Accepted Answer

The best time to visit is during spring (April-May) and autumn (September-October) when the weather is pleasant and temperatures are mild. Summer can be very hot (40°C+), while winter is cold but offers unique winter experiences.

What type of accommodation is provided?

Accepted Answer

The programme combines standard hotels, boutique properties and yurt-style accommodation. Facilities and room standards vary, particularly in remote areas. The listed properties are subject to availability; your confirmed accommodation and room arrangements will be provided before departure.

Can I request a room upgrade?

Please ask about your preferred room type before booking. We will check availability within the group programme and confirm any additional cost. An upgrade is only included once confirmed in writing; it should not be assumed to be available at check-in.
