Summers are hot, particularly in Baku and the lowlands, where temperatures often reach 30–38°C (86–100°F). While the capital can be warm, the refreshing Caspian Sea breeze provides some relief. This is the perfect season to visit mountain villages like Lahij, Khinalug, and Gabala, where the climate is much cooler.
