Overview
Tour Four Pearls of Uzbekistan covers the four must-visit cities; Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva.
In tour four Gems of Uzbekistan we added for you Shahrizabs city as bonus. Shahrizabs is known as birth place of Amir Timur the ruler of 14 century. Who had conquered modern Iran, the Caucasus, Mesopotamia, Afghanistan, most of Central Asia, as well as parts of modern Pakistan, Syria.
The tour begins in Tashkent — the biggest city of Central Asia and the modern capital of Uzbekistan. To its visitors and guests, Tashkent offers a unique mixture of the up-to-date infrastructure and city architecture with prominent historical and archaeological monuments. Next destination is Khiva — the ancient capital of Kharezm emirate and an important World Heritage site. A walking tour will reveal the mysteries of this legendary town, leaving the unforgettable impressions. The tour will then move forward to Bukhara — “the Pearl of the East’?. Most of the tourists and visitors note this noble and fabulous city as the most impressive and inspiring one.

11:00 Sightseeing program around the center of Tashkent.
Visit Independence Square, Amir Timur Square, Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Alisher Navoi, the Museum of Applied Arts.
After lunch in Choy-khona (local teahouse) we will visit the old city and Chor-Su market (one of the biggest bazaars in Tashkent). Kukeldash Madrassah. We will go there by Tashkent metro (subway).
Hasti Imam complex - historical sight where we will see the oldest Othman Koran in the world.

Guided sightseeing tour around Samarkand
We shall start our tour from another symbol of Samarkand- Gur-Emir Mausoleum (“the grave of Emir”).The construction of the mausoleum, which was started in 1403,was concerned with the sudden death of Muhammad Sultan,the direct heir and beloved grandson of Tamerlane. In 1405 Timur died in Otrar city and his sons decided to move his body and bury him near his favorite grandson. From that time this mausoleum became the burial-vault of Timurids dynasty.
Registan is a square in the center of Samarkand. The main squares in the cities of the Middle East were called "Registan"
Break for Lunch at “Plov Center”
We will visit Bibi Khanym mosque (the 15th century) it was the bigest mosque in CA, Syob bazaar and Shahi Zinda necropolis of Temurids dynasty ( the 12th - 15th century) where was buried Khusama Ibin Abas, he is cousin of Muhammad Prophet. Mausoleumof Hoja Ismail

Shakhrisabz - Samarkand short tour (by car 200 km)
9:00 Departure from Samarkand. Transfer to Shakhrisabz (120 km, 1,5 hours) through the mountain pass Urgut.
In Shakhrisabz, an excursion around the city:
On the way mysterious plateau of “Devil's Valley”
Ak Saroy - the ruins of the palace of Amir Timur of the 14th century. A colossal building, imposing dimensions and amazing beauty are the architecture of the portal entrance to the palace.
Dorut Saodat - the family necropolis of the Timurids, the burial of two sons of Timur and the sarcophagus of Timur (14th century). Khoja Imam Mosque and the tree of chinara (750 years old to this tree)
Dorut Tilyavar - the complex consists of two mausoleums, the Mausoleum of Emir Taragay (Timur's father) and his spiritual mentor Mir Kulol. Also in the complex there is a 15th-century Kuk Gumbaz mosque and a madrasah with a small minaret.
