By booking a tour or travel service with Minzifa Travel, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Minzifa Travel (FE Unique Travel), licensed by the National Tourism Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan under license T-0087, provides tour packages and travel services subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Once you have selected your preferred tour and availability has been confirmed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation in PDF format containing:

Your booking becomes confirmed only after:
If you have any questions, special requirements, or requests regarding your booking, you must discuss them with Minzifa Travel before confirming your reservation.
To secure your reservation:
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 40 days before the tour departure date.
For bookings made within 40 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Where requested, travelers should provide details of their travel insurance before final payment.
Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking.
If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and become effective upon confirmation of receipt by Minzifa Travel.
International and domestic flights are generally not included in the tour price unless explicitly stated in the itinerary.
Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the respective airline.
Travelers should contact their airline or ticketing agent directly regarding flight cancellations, schedule changes, or refunds.
Minzifa Travel carefully monitors travel conditions throughout Central Asia.
If a tour must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
we will refund all payments received by Minzifa Travel less an administrative fee of USD 250 per traveler.
Minzifa Travel is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by travelers, including but not limited to:
Unless specifically stated in the itinerary, the following expenses are not included in the tour price:
Travelers booking on a shared accommodation basis may request to share a room with another participant.
Minzifa Travel will make reasonable efforts to match travelers.
However, if no suitable roommate is available, the traveler will be required to pay the applicable single supplement.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Minzifa Travel shall not be responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
Travelers are responsible for:
Minzifa Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport providers, museums, and local operators.
We are not liable for:
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Minzifa Travel for the booked services.
Any requested changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by suppliers or administrative fees.
Minzifa Travel cannot guarantee that requested modifications can be accommodated.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
